Our carers are able to support you with every aspect of daily living including, personal care, medications, meal preparations, hobbies and interests, outings, seeing your friends and family, housework, ironing, and companionship.
Our carers are fully trained, compassionate staff who respect your home and your privacy to meet national standards, and all have a DBS check when they join the team. They have regular refresher training and specialist training so that they can perform their responsibilities to our high standards and your expectations.
Our team will create a bespoke care plan to fit your individual needs to make sure that you are getting the care that you want, how you want it, and when you want it so that you can achieve your goals and stay independent in your own home.
Our team will provide a proper introduction to make sure we have found the right person for you and regular follow-ups to check you are happy with our service.
