With the excellent care and support provided by Nicole, Mum is able to live in her own home, carry on with many of her daily activities and keep in touch with friends locally which I believe has helped her recover far quicker. We have been using CareMate to care for our mother since May 2023. They provide 24-hour care and have guaranteed care for the foreseeable future. This gives my sister and me peace of mind that our mother is being well looked after and won’t have the stress of changing care provider. There is one main carer looking after mum, who is kind, considerate and good natured. She provides comfort and company, as well as offering practical support with cooking, cleaning, shopping and administering medication. She is booked to look after mum for several months and when she needs a break for a few days, the other carers working with the business are equally kind, loving and supportive. My sister and I live several hours away from mum and mum has been quite poorly with shingles since our father passed away late last year. It is a huge relief for us knowing that mum is in very good hands with CareMate Group and is being supported with love and kindness.
